Usage:

• Perform long-range single-target attacks
• Can be used for illumination, press default key V to toggle light
• Right-click to place on the ground, right-click again to retrieve
• Provides a SAN recovery aura when placed on the ground and approached
• Handheld movement speed multiplier is 1.1

Functions:

• Damage Type: Dimensional Damage
• Attack consumes its own power, maximum power capacity 100%

Feature Description:

• Power exchange ratio is 1:10, meaning 1% of Portable Mobile Charger can be converted to 10% power of the Surveyor
• The Surveyor must be placed in the inventory to charge automatically
