Concept: A follower that slows down or binds enemies

Normal State:

• Attacks can reduce enemy movement speed by 80% for 1 second in the area

Skill State (CD 30 seconds):

• Skill duration 15 seconds
• All targets in the area are bound (immovable) for 1.9 seconds every 3 seconds
• All drones are recalled after the skill ends
• The player's surrounding area causes the same binding effect every 3 seconds
